1. Introduction & Definitions
Welcome to the MyCartly Affiliate Program operated by Eminence SAB Solutions, Abuja, Nigeria. These Terms govern your participation in our affiliate marketing program.
📖 Definitions
Affiliate: You, the participant in the MyCartly Affiliate Program
Referral: A new customer who signs up through your unique affiliate link
Qualified Sale: A completed transaction that meets all program criteria
Commission: The payment earned for referring qualified sales
By participating in the MyCartly Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our main Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility Requirements
👤 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the affiliate program.
🌍 Geographic Availability
Available to residents of countries where MyCartly operates, subject to local laws.
📧 Valid Account
Must have a valid MyCartly account in good standing with verified email.
🚫 Ineligibility
MyCartly employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure

💰 Commission Details
Commission Basis: Commissions are calculated on the net sale value (after taxes, shipping, and discounts)
Cookie Duration: 30-day cookie tracking for referral attribution
Recurring Commissions: Earn commissions on customer's first 12 months of subscription payments
Minimum Threshold: ₦5,000 minimum commission balance required for payout
4. Commission Calculation & Qualification
Qualifying Sales
A sale qualifies for commission when:
- Customer clicks your unique affiliate link
- Sale is completed within 30 days of click
- Payment is successfully processed
- Order is not refunded or chargeback within 60 days
Non-Qualifying Sales
Commissions will NOT be paid for:
- Sales to your own accounts
- Fraudulent or fake transactions
- Sales that are refunded or charged back
- Sales from prohibited marketing methods
- Sales that violate our Terms of Service
📊 Commission Calculation Example
Example: A ₦50,000 sale with 20% commission rate = ₦10,000 commission. If the customer has a ₦5,000 discount, commission is calculated on ₦45,000 net sale = ₦9,000 commission.
5. Payouts & Payments

💳 Payment Methods
We support the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer: Direct to Nigerian bank accounts
- PayPal: For international affiliates
- MyCartly Wallet: Store credits for platform use
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. Failed payments due to incorrect details may incur processing fees.
Note: Commissions from refunded or disputed sales will be deducted from future payouts. We reserve the right to hold payments for investigation of suspicious activity.
6. Program Rules & Restrictions
Approved Marketing Methods
- Social media marketing (with proper disclosures)
- Email marketing to opted-in subscribers
- Content marketing (blogs, videos, reviews)
- Website banners and text links
- Paid advertising with transparent disclosure
Required Disclosures
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with MyCartly:
- Include "As a MyCartly affiliate, I earn from qualifying purchases"
- Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and near affiliate links
- Comply with FTC guidelines and local advertising laws
✅ Brand Guidelines
You may use MyCartly branding materials provided in the affiliate portal. Do not modify logos or create fake MyCartly websites. All marketing must represent MyCartly accurately and professionally.
7. Prohibited Activities

🚨 Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Fraudulent or fake referrals
- Malware or adware distribution
- Trademark infringement
- Any illegal marketing practices
Violations may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of all commissions, and legal action.
8. Termination
👤 Voluntary Termination
You may terminate your participation at any time by emailing affiliates@mycartly.ng. Pending commissions will be paid if above minimum threshold.
🏢 Program Termination
MyCartly may terminate the program with 30 days notice. All qualified earnings will be paid out.
🚫 Termination for Cause
Immediate termination for violations of these terms. All pending and future commissions may be forfeited.
Post-Termination
After termination, you must immediately remove all MyCartly affiliate links and branding materials. Commissions for sales generated before termination will be paid if they meet all program requirements.
